Another year, another gorgeous photoshoot of Jennifer Lopez in the pages of Harper’s Bazaar. Last year, the ultimate triple threat defied gravity in an awe-inspiring shoot for the publication. And she’s starting out 2019 with another instantly memorable spread. This time around she hits the high dive and shows off her always-incredible body in another themed shoot. Posing for Camilla Akrans, the reverse-aging icon dons some eye-popping swim-wear and a cap before taking the plunge. She also delivers a power pose on a sculptural piece. At this point, I’d be ecstatic if J.Lo could cover Harper’s Bazaar every month. Every time she does, we’re graced with a new unforgettable look.

The accompanying interview reflects on the diva’s legendary career and how she has consistently defied expectations. “From early on in my career, I felt like people wanted to put me in a box,” she explained. “You will play these sorts of roles, do this type of thing. Or you will only act. You cannot sing and act at the same time. I felt very confined by that because I knew I was going to do different things. I was at least going to try!” She’s done just that very successfully in recent months with the release of her latest film Second Act. Aside from starring in and co-producing it, she also sings on the Sia-penned soundtrack highlight – “Limitless.” J.Lo also directed the music video, which co-stars her daughter, Emme.

Explaining that her daughter represented “the little girl in all of us,” she shared some additional insight into the vibrant video. She also described working on it as “the most beautiful experience on set I’ve ever had in my life.” Scroll through a gallery of pics from the shoot up top, dive into the full interview here and revisit “Limitless” below.
