Kylie Minogue’s Facebook Interview With Kaiser Chiefs’ Ricky Wilson: Watch

Earlier this week, Kylie Minogue sat down in London with fellow Voice UK coach/Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson for an intimate chat about her upcoming LP Kiss Me Once (out March 18) — well, as intimate as a conversation broadcast live on Facebook can be. The pair swapped playful quips throughout — many at the expense of Kiss album track “Sexercise.” (Said Ricky: “It can be very beneficial as part of a calorie-controlled diet.”) — and talked about several other songs on Minogue’s forthcoming album.

Interestingly, Kylie let on during the conversation that the record’s co-executive-producer Sia zeroed in on  “Into The Blue” right away. “She said, ‘That’s the single’,” Minogue noted.

The singer also explained that the first time she was played the demo for her Enrique Iglesias duet “Beautiful,” she cried. Kylie points out that the song, for her ,is about “not necessarily the one that got away, but the one who was a good one.”
