Liam Payne's Debut Single
It's official! Liam Payne kicks off his solo era with "Strip That Down" featuring Quavo.

Things are about to get very heated on iTunes! Miley Cyrus’ “Malibu” is currently duking it out with Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee and Justin Bieber’s history-making “Despacito,” but expect the situation to go nuclear on Friday (May 19) when new singles from Selena Gomez, Camila Cabello, Iggy Azalea and Liam Payne arrive. The One Direction star will start a firm favorite. After all, the debut singles of (fellow 1D alumni) Zayn Malik and Harry Styles were mega-sellers and he’s also promoting more heavily than anyone else with a radio tour and a steady stream of teasers.

The latest piece of #content to arrive is the cover of “Strip That Down.” It finds the heavily-tattooed 23-year-old showing off his guns. It goes without saying that he’s shirtless at this point, but it’s kind of appropriate given the title. To me, the styling is a little derivative in that it looks like a cross between “PillowTalk” and “Sign Of The Times.” Hopefully, the Quavo-assisted track is more original than the artwork. We’ll know soon enough. See the cover art below.
