Katy's 'Never Really Over' Remixed
Katy Perry's rising hit 'Never Really Over' gets a massive club remix from R3HAB.

Dutch DJ/producer R3HAB is officially the busiest man in EDM. Last week, he rolled out an electro-house remix of Katy Perry’s “Never Really Over.” This week, he pulls double duty. The “All Around the World (La La La)” hitmaker works his magic on Miley Cyrus’ “Mother’s Daughter” and LÉON’s “You And I.” Let’s start with the breakout hit from She Is Coming. You can’t help but feel that the pop star is sitting on a potential smash and what better way to spread awareness than by targeting clubbers. The remix is suitably upbeat and accessible.

The same applies to R3HAB’s overhaul of “You And I.” LÉON rolled out the melancholy bop as the third single from her self-titled debut LP earlier this year and (like everything else she has ever released) it deserves to be so much bigger. The melodic remix is a radio-friendly delight that might just gain a little traction. Particularly in Europe, where programmers have some taste. Listen to both of R3HAB’s poptastic remixes below.
