It’s been a barren wasteland all summer as far as major pop acts releasing new albums, and this past week was no exception. This trend allows for the soundtrack to Warner Bros. anti-hero epic Suicide Squad to easily capture the top spot on the Billboard 200.

The collection, which features new tunes from Grimes, Lil Wayne, Panic! At The Disco and Twenty One Pilots, moved 182,000 equivalent album units in its first week, 128,000 of which were traditional album sales. Billboard notes that Suicide Squad has knocked out the best sales debut for a soundtrack since the Fifty Shades Of Grey album arrived a year and a half ago.

What a magical era for humanity.
