Carrie Prejean, the runner-up at Donald Trump’s Miss USA beauty pageant the other night, was added to the presenter roster for tonight’s Dove Awards, which celebrate the best and the brightest of the Christian music industry. What would qualify her to hand out an award tonight? Well, she did go to a Christian college. And she volunteers with the Special Olympics! Oh yeah, she also stammered through an anti-gay marriage rant during the Q & A portion of Sunday night’s competition, and since she wasn’t awarded the crown on the spot after her answer the right wants to hold her up as an example of anti-Christian bigotry.
