While Katy Perry, Keri Hilson and Jennifer Nettles were channeling WWII pinup gals in their promo pics for VH1 Divas Salute The Troops, the trio seemed to be channeling the Andrews Sisters for the show’s rehearsal last night (should we expect a rendition of “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy”). The concert event (hosted by D-list diva Kathy Griffin) airs this Sunday, December 5 at 9pm and will also include performances by “Right Thru Me” rapper Nicki Minaj and CMT presenter Hayley Williams. VH1 has assembled an elite squad of pop divas to entertain our deserving soldiers in the upcoming concert special ‘VH1 Divas Salute The Troops’. The show — featuring Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj, Paramore, Keri Hilson, Sugarland and Grace Potter & The Nocturnals — airs Dec. 5, but until then you can enjoy these stylized WWII-pinup-inspired images of the divas.
