Kate Nash began her L.A. show last night at the El Rey Theater by warning the audience if they weren’t there to have a good time they would be escorted out of the venue. She then kicked off the night with the first track off of My Best Friend Is You “Paris”. Kate’s infectiously fun attitude, combined with her dare to Angelenos to out-scream the crowds at the other stops on her North American tour, led to the highlight of the evening: a stage full of Kate Nash fans dancing and thrashing to her new song “Take Me To A Higher Plane”.
