Taylor Momsen is known for having a style all her own, after all there’s a reason the Pretty Reckless frontwoman was selected as the spokesmodel for Madonna and Lourdes’ punky Material Girl clothing line. However, we’re not sure we can get behind her pantsless getup seen today at L.A.’s The Grove shopping center. Torn stockings, stiletto boots and a Rob Zombie shirt isn’t exactly the kind of attire we’d expect the Gossip Girl star to wear while returning flatware to Crate & Barrel or picking up a t-shirt from the GAP. Taylor Momsen looks simply gorgeous in her latest shoot for next month’s Grazia. While photographers still couldn’t get the cover gal to crack a smile, the Pretty Reckless frontwoman did open up about her personal life and mental state. The 17-year-old songstress acknowledged that she’s probably a “bad influence” on Material Girl co-creator Lourdes Ciccone,and went on to share with the Euro style mag, “I’ve been told I’m out of my mind since I was 11”. Before they could ignite the sky like the Fourth Of July at MTV’s Europe Music Awards, our favorite pop stars had to first walk the red carpet. Hayley Williams rocked fuchsia locks (as opposed to her signature orange ‘do) and futuristic makeup, while Taylor Momsen wore her usual thigh-high and short shirtdress ensemble. Katy Perry donned a sequined “Admit One” ticket stub dress–the “One” we’re assuming refers new hubby Russell Brand—while Miley Cyrus and Rihanna opted for flowy white gowns. Last night, Taylor Momsen and The Pretty Reckless played New York City’s Don Hill’s club, but the band’s set is not what everyone’s talking about today. The gun-wielding cover girl shocked the crowd when she decided to flash her pastie-covered chest during the show. The Gossip Girl performed while wearing a shredded t-shirt, mini skirt, stilettos and her signature thigh high stockings—complimented by her “SLAVE” necklace and dog collar choker.
