Zara Sizzles In 'Flaunt'
It ain't her fault! Zara Larsson sizzles in a photo shoot for 'Flaunt' magazine.

She’s coming! Zara Larsson jumped on social media this morning (October 11) to share the artwork and release date of her new single. “Ruin My Life” drops October 18 and boasts a suitably eye-grabbing cover, which finds the Swedish pop star serving old Hollywood glamor by the side of a pool. It’s nice to see that the 20-year-old finally found the right song after sharing concerns about the way her sophomore LP was shaping up. “I’m really anxious about my music because I want it to be perfect for you… and the production just isn’t there 100 percent and I don’t want to release anything half-assed,” she said in an unusually honest Instagram story.

Zara then opened up about logistical issues. “I feel like I’ve always been open about wanting to be commercially successful… [but] it’s really hard to schedule a release when you’re not a global superstar,” she admitted. “The more I wait, the more pressure I put on myself and it’s making it harder to release something because now my expectations of myself are so high and I know the other expectations of me are high too.” I’m glad the breakout star took her time to get everything just right. If “Ruin My Life” is half as good as “Lush Life” or “Symphony,” I will be thoroughly slayed. See the cover art below.
