The Teenagers Serve Up A Really Stinky Cover

We’ve taken enough pictures of food to know that it’s tough to make it look appetizing–especially when you’re dealing with out-of-the-fridge deli meats, which have an ugly glisten in even the softest light. But that knowledge hasn’t stopped us from being both repulsed and fascinated by the cover for The Teenagers’ single “Homecoming,” which pairs ham roll-ups with some ultra-grainy mustard and really stark lighting; even a two-second glimpse of the thing gives off a botulistic stench. Sorry if we ruined your lunch!

The grid in the background is ve-he-hery post-Clor.

  2. Bazooka Tooth

Those look like skinned horse cocks.

This song makes me hate people.

  4. balefire1

not horse cocks as much as stink fingers

  5. PengIn

Yeah, that’s pretty crappy, but I nominate this for the title of world’s worst meat based album cover.

Pop Eyes is pretty hard to top: []

  7. nonce

Maybe this is some kind of PETA viral marketing.
