Hands up if, like me, you tried to suffer through The Hills last night in order to see the video for Britney Spears’ “Womanizer” video… and were treated to nothing more than a bunch of moony-eyed twigs passive-aggressively arguing about nothing. I reread the e-mail I got about the clip, and it just read “BRITNEY SPEARS “WOMANIZER” WILL MAKE ITS TV DEBUT TONIGHT ON MTV’s ‘THE HILLS’ @ 10 PM EST!”–so maybe the fine people at Jive were just saying that the song would be used on the show? This is going to be one of those “LOL words” incidents, isn’t it. [Earlier]
