The opening show of the reunited Specials’ five-night run in London–slated for last night–was postponed to May 16 because the ska legends’ lead singer, Terry Hall, was suffering from a throat infection. Tonight’s show, however, is still a go. [Billboard / NME]

  1. Listened to a podcast interview with them a couple of weeks ago. I so lament my country of origin, yet again. This reunion tour, and the fact that Madness played the Camden Crawl by playing on a double decker bus and driving around the neighborhood for a few hours. I wish someone could explain to the US that ska does NOT equal fat guys in baggy cargo shorts.
