Justin Bieber’s DUI Trial Set For May 5
While Justin Bieber is dirty dancing with on-again, off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez, a judge set a date for his DUI trial in Miami. The proceedings are set to begin May 5, stemming from the star’s arrest by Miami cops on January 23 for DUI, where he was also charged with resisting arrest without violence and driving on an expired license.
The arresting officers claimed Bieber admitted to smoking marijuana and taking prescription medication, both of which were found in his system following a urine test. However, a breath test indicated he was not legally drunk. Bieber has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and no plea deal has been offered at this time.
