Jennifer Lopez’s New Album: Everything We Learned At Her Malibu Breakfast Listening Session
How was your Friday? Our Friday was pretty great, because we were invited to breakfast with Jennifer Lopez in Malibu for a first listen to her forthcoming album. The amazing part of having the day’s most important meal with JLo, other than the obvious fact that you’re enjoying eggs with Jenny from the Block, is that it also includes dessert. But that wasn’t the only thing we learned today.
We also got the lowdown on what we can expect to hear on her new album, which doesn’t yet have a title. Here’s what we know so far: Her next single is called “First Love,” and it was produced by Max Martin. There’s also a future single called “Big Booty” produced by Diplo and featuring Pitbull (this made us wonder how she’d gone this long without releasing a song by that name). The LP additionally includes a Chris Brown-penned ballad called “Emotion” and a guitar-based ballad called “Let It Be Me,” produced by Harmony Samuels.
