Meek Mill Fires Back At Drake During Nicki Minaj’s ‘Pinkprint’ Concert
The Drake–Meek Mill beef doesn’t look like it’ll flame out any time soon. Before bringing out her pal Lil Wayne during her Brooklyn stop on the Pinkprint tour Sunday night (July 26), Nicki Minaj trotted out her boyfriend Meek, who explained to the Barclays Center crowd why he’s so fed up with Drake, reiterating his claim that the 6 God didn’t write his “R.I.C.O.” verse.
Here’s Milly’s full rant, according to Miss Info:
“I was doing my album, and I asked the nigga to give me a verse for my album. The nigga gave me a verse for my album. But he gave me a verse that he didn’t write, that another nigga wrote. Where I come from, I represent the motherfucking game. I represent the motherfucking streets. If you ain’t with me, you ain’t gotta act like you with me, I got the motherfucking streets with me for life.”
Seeing as how this occurred during a Nicki concert, this latest jab comes with an added dose of territorial pissing, since it’s common knowledge that Drake has/had a thing for Minaj (just listen to “Only” for some proof).
Miss Info says the MMG MC will also be premiering a response track to Drake’s “baby lotion soft” diss track “Charged Up” at 7 p.m. ET on Hot 97 tonight. And whether you’re Team Drake or Team Meek, you gotta be excited about the prospect of Meek unleashing some “Intro” levels of fire-breathing directed at one of his rivals.
