Their "Save Me" video has people f*cking inanimate objects. Whoo boy!

Shortly after Jess Glynne debuted her latest “Why Me” tune, she premiered its accompanying video.

It’s late at night, and the clip cuts quickly from scenes where Glynne is hanging out with a friend, to where she is riding in a car with a blank stare on her face, and then when she’s singing, alone, with a cityscape behind her. There is just enough going on to add to the house-pop diva’s lyrics about a relationship that just didn’t work out, no matter how hard she tried.

“Why Me” appears in Glynne’s debut album I Cry When I Laugh. Compared to the other songs (“Rather Be” featuring Clean Bandit, “Hold My Hand,” “Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself”) she’s revealed so far, it sounds like a rare down moment on the record. “I’m introducing the world to me and what I’ve been through in the past few years,” Glynne tells Idolator. “There are moments of sadness, because we’re not happy all the time, but it’s a mixture of everything.”
