Carly Rae Jepsen's "Your Type" video is a hazy Cinderella story. Watch it now.

Carly Rae Jepsen is getting in some (extremely belated) “Run Away With Me” promo! The Canadian pop star dropped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show today (February 26) to belt out the second single from E•MO•TION, approximately eight months after it was released. It turns out to be a case of better late than never as the 30-year-old delivers a typically upbeat and suitably ’80s-influenced rendition — she literally stole Pat Benatar’s look — of the underrate gem.

Despite lackluster sales, it appears that there’s still some life left in E•MO•TION. The “I Really Like You” diva is releasing a remix album featuring two new songs (“First Time” and “FEVER”) and keeping her profile high with that Fuller House theme song and a collaboration with The Knocks. Depending on the reception of today’s performance, it might be worth rereleasing “Run Away With Me.” It still sounds fresher than most radio fodder. Watch up top.
