Hear Justin Bieber’s Leaked Reggae Song
Justin Bieber‘s “adult” pop era has been defined by his Diplo partnership and their utilization/appropriation of certain Caribbean musical elements, which had a big hand in the surge of “tropical house” music’s popularity. But a recently leaked Bieber snippet, probably from this same era, goes beyond the usual dancehall rhythms or steel drums and veers straight into white-boy reggae. (MAGIC!‘s impact…)
Breathe Heavy says the song was played during Bieber’s visit to a London club over the weekend, and someone recorded part of it and shared the snippet on Twitter. It’s unclear when the song was actually made, but there’s no denying that it’s Bieber crooning over a reggae bounce.
