Iggy Azalea Is Back In The Studio
It looks like Iggy Azalea is still putting the finishing touches on her sophomore LP.

This is kind of depressing. Iggy Azalea’s oft-delayed sophomore LP, Digital Distortion, has now been pushed back to early 2017. In an interview with People Magazine, the rapper puts the delay down to her chaotic personal life. “I needed a lot of time,” she revealed. “I mean, you wake up one morning and your fiance is having a baby with someone else, you’re going to need some time, right?” That seems fair enough. I-G-G-Y also wants to record some tunes that celebrate single life.

“I just kind of felt like, on top of me needing the personal time, then feeling, ‘Okay, I’m single now. I want to have sexy songs. I want to say stuff about being single,'”the 26-year-old explained. “I obviously didn’t write that on my [original] album because when I wrote it I was about to get married… I don’t want to go and promote my album and get asked about my relationship that has just crumbled.” Not that Iggy is exactly wallowing in misery. She’s dating again and recently posted a pic of a very expensive gift from rumored boyfriend French Montana on Instagram (below). Time will tell if their collaboration makes the cut for Digital Distortion 2.0.
