Iconic trailblazer, #unapologeticbitch and frequent nipple-exposer Madonna has something to say about the way the world accepts the naked body…and she seems to be making a not-so-subtle reference to Kim Kardashian‘s bare ass on Paper Magazine while doing so.
Earlier today, the “Erotica” legend posted a photo of herself topless (but censored!), using the opportunity to make a point about society’s perception of nudity — and, more specifically, nipples. “Its confusing. Nipples are considered forbidden and provocative but exposing your ass is not. #flummoxed,” the MDNA Queen captioned the provocative photo. (Similarly, Rihanna went on an Instagram strike for several months after photos were pulled from her account from her topless Lui shoot.) Of course, as we know, there’s a certain very famous, very exposed ass breaking the Internet at the moment. Could the Material Girl be talking about the way the world is sharing the nude photo of Kim K? It certainly seems to be that way. More »
Nick Jonas stopped by the Meredith Viera Show yesterday (November 18), and explained the hilarious Instagram post that has been floating around the Internet for the past week! Big brother Joe uploaded a photo of Nick’s head photoshopped on top of the now-infamous Kim Kardashian booty shot from Paper magazine. The “Teacher” singer is now explaining the meaning behind it all!
He told the talk show host, “That was his idea. We were out in the city the other night and obviously it was the day Kim’s shoot came out and he pulled it up on his phone and said, ‘Oh my God someone just sent me this.’ And I said you have to post that right now, you have no choice and he did and I think it’s one of his most liked pictures on Instagram now.”
After that, he gave some Christmas gift advice for the men in the audience and discussed the Jonas Brothers split. Watch the funny explanation up top, and catch the rest of the interview after the jump! More »
“Wrecking Ball” pop starlet-turned-full-time Instagram collage artist Miley Cyrus has certainly had a busy 2014, from creating strange, colorful #ARTPOP arts and crafts to mastering the art of terrifying selfies. And those Instaglamorous creative juices aren’t running low anytime soon!
In the past week, Miley — like the rest of us — has been subjected to Kim Kardashian‘s Internet-breaking butt on Paper Magazine. And so, she decided to inject herself into the equation! Last week, she added her goofball awkward child face to the original Kim K. shot (uncomfortable but hilarious!), and this week, she’s carefully ‘shopped the much-buzzed about pair of buttocks onto one of her Terry Richardson-shot #Bangerz promo photos. Of course, what would Art be if not an expression of imagination to be enjoyed and experienced by the masses? Check out Miley’s full conversion into a Mileydashian after the jump. More »
I’m not sure if Kim Kardashian‘s butt-exposing Paper magazine cover actually succeeded in breaking the internet, but it sure made Twitter a bloodbath for a couple of days. One of the surprise victims was Lorde. She tweeted the pic along with the comment “mom”. As anyone under 30 can tell you, that basically translates as “I love you, please adopt me” but it was misinterpreted by bloggers as a dig. The Kiwi took to her blog last night (November 13) to set the record straight.
“I retweeted Kim’s amazing cover and wrote ‘MOM’, which among the youthz is a compliment; it basically jokingly means “adopt me/be my second mom/i think of you as a mother figure you are so epic” (obviously i love my own mama and she is the best tho) but straight after that i think someone else called out the cover saying Kim has no right to look that sexy as she is a mother which is TOTAL trash – why should that stop her?” she wrote.
“If anything i think she gets even more beautiful and sexy all the time like a fineass wine, and of course has every right to showcase that – but i think our two comments got lumped in and also maybe reporters don’t understand my breed of humour/worship. i am the biggest fan of [photographer] Jean-Paul Goude and of Grace Jones, as you know, and there’s no way i could support one and not the other you know?” Lorde elaborated. If it truly was Paper‘s idea to break the Internet, as the cover line on the publication’s Winter 2014 issue suggests, they’re doing a damn good job of it. Yesterday the first image of from Jean-Paul Goude’s shoot with butt-baring Kim Kardashian surfaced and caused a firestorm of OMGs across social media. (Hell, we even whipped up our Battle Of The Pop Booty poll in the wake of Kim’s latest ass-terpiece — in which, by the way, she’s in fifth place).
But now even more pics from Goude’s scandalous shoot with Kanye West’s wife have been posted online by Paper…along with her full cover story/interview. But, really — who’s going to read that when you have the above images to flip through? Get to it — we’re not going to as(s)k you twice! More »
Yesterday night, “Jam (Turn It Up)” chanteuse and Mrs. Kanye West herself Kim Kardashian set the Internet ablaze with her Jean-Paul Goude-shot Paper Magazine. It is, in a word, bootyful.
And, with that particular cover, Kim also successfully Konfirmed that 2014 truly was The Year Of The Booty: From Kylie Minogue‘s sexy “Sexercize” to Yoncé‘s good grips on her azz with “Partition” to Nicki Minaj‘s A$$-tastic “Anaconda” to Jennifer Lopez and Iggy Azalea‘s “Booty” (obviously), the backside got all the lovin’ this year.
But now, we must determine something very serious: Who’s booty reigns supreme among them all?
Check out our gallery of some of the year’s most booty-tastic moments from our fave pop stars, and place your vote below — and be sure to leave us a cheeky message in the comments. More »
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian got booed when they arrived at Lanvin Paris’ Fashion Week show on September 25, as shown in a new video from TMZ. The couple showed up at the front row after the rest of the audience was already seated. So when West heard a few hecklers act up, he walked past the photographers crowding around his wife to address them directly.
“Alber [Elbaz] asked us to see us,” the Yeezus rapper said, referring to Lanvin’s creative director. “Don’t boo us. Alber asked to see us. Don’t boo us. We’re not late. We’re not late.”
Those hecklers were reportedly runway photographers. “The runway photographers were all just booing them as they walked in,” an unnamed source said to Page Six [via Complex]. “They were waiting for them for the show [to start], which was 40 minutes late. Kanye immediately walked over and was gesturing for them to cut it out.” See the video below. More »

Mind you, I know nothing about the Kardashians, nor have I ever watched an episode of their show(s). So let’s just have this quote from some Kardashian or other set the scene up for you: “One of my favorite stories about you and Kanye is that we went to the studio and he was so excited to play this song for her! The whole song was singing the word ‘awesome’, like over and over again, and I’m like, ‘Wow — this guy is so passionate!’”
