Justin Bieber, versatile performer he is, has dabbled in pop, hip-hop, rap, R&B and country, so it makes sense that for his next album, he’s planning to expand his horizons. “I’m not gonna really limit myself,” the chart-topping pop star told MTV News (at the drama-filled promotional event at Macy’s) about his plans for his next LP. Always pushing himself, the sweet-smelling singer is also setting his sight on producing. Jump below for more teases about this “Baby”-faced crooner’s new material.

“I’ve done a lot on my acoustic guitar, so it’s gonna have that vibe,” he told MTV News. “I want to work a lot with myself, and [I want to] write a lot myself. I will be working with a lot of other producers and stuff like that, but I’m just writing a lot, writing on tour.”

“[I’m] writing about how I feel,” he continued. “And producing — I’ve been producing on my laptop and on my computer. I’ve been really into it and, hopefully, this next album will be huge.”

Hopefully? All four of his previous releases — My World, My World 2.0, My Worlds Acoustic and Never Say Never — The Remixes have all landed in the Top 10 on the Hot 100. Unless all the Beliebers out there find another cute boy on which to bestow their affection (Greyson, Cody, Jack or Ronan will do), yeah, we think whatever he puts out will be pretty huge.
