Hear OK Go, Weezer And Hayley Williams Pay Homage To The Muppets
It’s time to play the music — of the Muppets cover compilation The Green Album, that is. As we’ve previously mentioned, the most sensational, inspirational, celebrational, Muppetational LP won’t be hitting stores until next Tuesday August 23. However, you can preview every track, including OK Go’s “Muppet Show Theme” and the “Rainbow Connection” collaboration from Weezer and Hayley Williams, over at NPR. While we’re sure Statler and Waldorf will hate this album, we’re loving these reworkings of infamous Muppet tunes.
