Last month, Demi Lovato easily snatched the crown against Nicki Minaj, J. Lo and Ariana Grande. But now, it’s time to see what our favorite starlets are serving up for the September spread.
This month, Prism Princess Katy Perry rocks D&G on the cover of Elle UK, while Jessie J provides a punch of punk for Marie Claire. And then, there’s our favorite Stars Dance starlet Selena Gomez, who flaunts a grittier, edgy look for her bold i-D editorial.
