Lana Del Rey’s Endless Summer Tour kicked off last night (May 7) at The Woodlands in Texas, and the moody singer had a few surprises up her sleeve for the first stop!

The “Brooklyn Baby” singer decided to cover “Why Don’t You Do Right?,” a bluesy tune sung by Peggy Lee in 1942 but made more famous thanks to Who Framed Roger Rabbit? character Jessica Rabbit. Along with the cover, Lana performed “Serial Killer” — a brooding unreleased tune that was previously leaked back in 2012.

The singer’s tour makes stops at a string of smaller cities until it wraps on June 16 in West Palm Beach, FL. Along with Courtney Love, Canadian singer/songwriter Grimes has joined as a featured act. If the tour continues to perform like its opening night, let’s hope Lana’s team adds even more dates!
