Ready to dance? At last we have a studio version of Charli XCX‘s “You’re The One”, the dark and dreamy love song she’s been doing live for quite some time now. (We saw her perform it at SXSW in March). “You’re The One” appears on Charli’s new EP of the same name, out Tuesday (June 12) on IAMSOUND, along with her previously heard popper “Nuclear Seasons” and remixes of both tunes by Blood Orange and Balam Acab, respectively. The title track might remind you of that other song about dancing “In The Dark” (by Dev, naturally) with shades of The Knife found in its cold, buzzing production before the whole thing blossoms into a shimmery pop ballad. Stream it below.

The 19-year-old London native just wrapped a series of dates with Santigold in California, Arizona and Texas, before heading back across the pond to tour her music through July. She’ll be back in the US supporting Coldplay in August.

What do you think of Charli’s new song? Tell us in the comments below, or on Facebook and Twitter.
