Charli XCX And Rita Ora Go Hitchhiking In A Still From Their ’70s-Tastic “Doing It” Video
While I still haven’t come to terms with Charli XCX tainting “Doing It” with Rita Ora‘s presence, the video is shaping up to be something of a blockbuster — at least if this glamorous still is any indication. It looks like the British babes are taking it back to the ’70s for the visual (check out the “Boom Clap” diva’s funky flares), which means outlandish outfits and bad behavior. Like hitchhiking along empty desert highways.
The new and unimproved version of “Doing It” is destined for chart glory in the UK, but, somewhat surprisingly, the duet is also being rolled out in other territories across Europe and even Australia/New Zealand. Perhaps the Sucker single is headed our way after all? There’s no due date for the video yet but Charli promised that it would arrive very soon via her Instagram.
