Missy Elliott seems to be finally prepping her comeback! Last night (October 26), the artist debuted a preview of new single “WTF” — which stands for “Where They From” — during ESPN’s Monday Night Football halftime show.

Based on the 30-second NBA teaser, “WTF” is a booming club shaker that includes Missy’s signature witty rap flow and rattling production from none other than Pharrell! The two were first spotted in the studio back in February, as the two (along with longtime collaborator/friend Timbaland) are working on the rapper’s follow-up to 2005’s The Cookbook.

Along with recording her own music, Missy has recently been featured on The Voice as a mentor, teamed up with Ciara on “That’s How I’m Feelin'” and reunited with Janet Jackson for Unbreakable‘s “BURNITUP!” The ESPN commercial claims the new single will drop on November 13, but in the meantime get into the “WTF” preview via Twitter below!
