Following the release of “Empty,” the lead single from Garbage‘s sixth LP Strange Little Birds (out June 10), the alt-rock quartet have announced their summertime North American tour behind the album. Milwaukee’s Summerfest will be the trek’s inaugural date, on July 6. The Shirley Manson-led band will then tear through 19 more stops, with the final one being Washington, D.C.’s Lincoln Theater on August 3.

These dates all follow Garbage’s May 14 appearance at KROQ’s Weenie Roast in Irvine, CA, along with other acts like Weezer, Red Hot Chili Peppers and The Lumineers.
