Camila Cabello Reveals New Song Titles
Epic Records really brought out the big guns for Camila Cabello's debut album.

Camila Cabello performed at the B96 Pepsi SummerBash in Chicago yesterday (June 25) and debuted three new songs. It’s hard to form a sensible opinion about their quality given the LQ fan-filmed footage, but one song stood out. “Havana,” a nod to the rising diva’s Cuban heritage, was produced by Pharrell Williams and deftly combined Latin rhythms with pop hooks. Think Gloria Estefan for the 2010s. It sounded great live and clearly energized the crowd. She also staged it cleverly with an evocative projection.

The other tracks were less instant. “OMG” sounds like a basic banger, but it could also be a lot of fun when the studio version arrives. It all depends on the production. On the other hand, “I’ll Never Be The Same” did not work at all. (The lyrics are nice though). Camila is currently promoting debut solo single “Crying In The Club” with a series of TV and festival performances. She will then open for Bruno Mars on the 24K Magic World Tour.
