Louis Tomlinson Talks 'Back To You'
Louis Tomlinson poses for 'Noisey' and gives some insight into his new single.

Louis Tomlinson is the fifth and final member of One Direction to embark on a solo career. (His feature on Steve Aoki’s “Just Hold On” doesn’t count!) Of course, the 25-year-old isn’t exactly alone. He teams up with Bebe Rexha for debut single, “Back To You.” The surprisingly mellow bop documents an on-again/off-again relationship over mid-tempo beats & piano chords. “I call you but you never even answer, I tell myself I’m done with wicked games,” Bebe begins the exchange. “But then I get so numb with all the laughter that I forget about the pain.”

It’s then Louis’ turn to get a couple of things off his chest. “I know my friends they give me bad advice like move on, get you out my mind,” he counters. “But don’t you think I haven’t even tried, you got me cornered and my hands are tied.” They come together for the emo chorus: “I love it, I hate it, and I can’t take it but I keep on coming back to you.” As far as 1D solo offerings go, this is fairly solid. You can listen to the Digital Farm Animals-produced track below from midnight (ET) tonight.
