7 Questions With Sevyn Streeter: “It Won’t Stop”, Her Next Single & Chris Brown

Sevyn Streeter had a huge 2013. After a couple of false starts in girl bands TG4 and Rich Girl, the 27-year-old finally broke big with mood-lifting love song “It Won’t Stop”. Not only that but the multi-talented diva also penned a slew of hits for other artists including Ariana Grande (“The Way”) and Tamar Braxton (“All The Way Home”).

I recently caught up with Sevyn to chat about her breakthrough smash and hit EP Call Me Crazy, But… as well as her songwriting success. She also opened up about the role mentor Chris Brown has played in her career and speculated on her next single. Oh and here’s some great news. The Atlantic Records songstress is already hard at work on her debut LP. Watch up top.
