Deadmau5 Thinks Jack Ü And Justin Bieber’s Rising Hit “Where Are Ü Now” Is “Shitty”
Jack Ü and Justin Bieber are the latest artists to feel Deadmau5’s online wrath. The outspoken DJ has previously shaded Kanye West, Lady Gaga, Porcelain Black, Krewella and Paris Hilton, so they’re in pretty good company! The cause of the flare up? The Canadian producer isn’t feeling their looming summer smash “Where Are Ü Now.” In fact, he seems to hate it.
“Made the mistake of listening to this jack u shit with bieber assuming they at least did something cool… nope,” Deadmau5 tweeted this morning (June 29). “What the fuck is this shit?” That’s pretty scathing, but the DJ wasn’t finished. “I’m going to bed. i need to unconciously scrape this shitty fucking 3rd grade production and autotuned ‘singing’ bullshit out of my head.” At least, he refrained from dragging the video!
While Deadmau5’s commentary seems uncalled for, it’s hard to feel too sorry for Jack Ü. Diplo (one half of the dance outfit) recently delivered a similarly scathing review of Zedd’s new LP True Colors, so I guess he’s finally getting a taste of his own medicine. Check out the shady tweets below.
